Booking & Cancellation Disclaimer
Bangkok Explorer is a travel guide. We do not take bookings, hold inventory, or process payments.
- Reservations are contracts with the provider. If you book a hotel, flight, tour or ticket through any external site we link to (for example Booking.com, Skyscanner, Expedia, a ticket platform or a venue's own site), your reservation — including confirmation, changes, cancellation and refunds — is managed entirely by that booking provider under its terms.
- Cancellations & refunds. For any change or cancellation, contact the booking provider directly using your confirmation details. We cannot see, modify or cancel bookings, and we cannot issue refunds.
- Prices & availability. Any price, rating or availability shown on this site is dated, attributed to its source, and may have changed. The price that governs is the one shown by the provider at checkout.
- Disputes. Complaints about a stay, flight or event should go to the provider; we welcome a copy at contact@krungthepguide.com so we can review whether a listing should change.
